How long will it take to get
my order?
We take our chairs to shipping within 5 to 7 business days of your order being
placed by you. 10 to 14 days for cypress. http://safeship.com
then professionally packages your chairs for shipment and sends them either
fedex, ups ground or dhl. Holidays or severe storms across the US may delay some
orders.
What happens if I get my chair and something
is broken?
It doesn't matter if you receive a broken part or you accidentally break a part,
just send it back to us and we'll replace it as long as you have your chair.
Some parts are interchangeable, please let us know what part is broken before
shipping yours. We may be able to send you a replacement right away!
Do you sell your
chairs painted or stained?
No, except on extremely large orders, in that case, please visit http://fishchairs.com
If you you would like to use your chairs outside immediately after receiving
them, please order pressure treated pine.
What happens if a part breaks after I've had
the chair for awhile?
We will replace parts as long as you have your chair. It doesn't get any better
than that!
Will the screws or bolts rust after time?
Galvanized screws and bolts are our standard fasteners. In normal air conditions
these fasters take many years to even begin to rust. In salt air or ocean
related climates, stainless steel fasteners should be ordered. A very economical
upgrade to stainless steel is offered for each of our products.

What will you do with my email address?
Absolutely nothing. We will use it to confirm your order has been placed with
us, and use it once more to let you know the tracking order numbers for your
package, or packages. Other than that, we send no emails that are not answers or
replies to emails that have already came in. Point Blank.
What will you do with my email address if I
sign up for your new product notifications or newsletter?
We will use it for just that then. A
lot of customers know that we update our sites with new designs and styles of
chairs. Since we added this new shopping cart to combine all our products from
all of our sites, the scripting came with a newsletter option. If you chose to
be notified about these new deals when placing your order, then you'll receive
these types of emails from us. If you do not click this option when
buying from us, please read the previous question. You can always log back into
your account and change your options.
