WARRANTIES & RETURNS
Every item that we sell is guaranteed for its normal life under standard, non-commercial use. Should any product fail to meet your expectations, for any reason, simply return it with proof of purchase. We will replace it, refund the purchase price or credit your credit card, whichever you prefer depending upon your original payment method.

Common Warranty and Guarantee Questions-

What happens if I get my chair and I am totally unhappy with the product itself.
In well over a decade you would be the first, so there would be dire concern on our end. Please remember that we are craftsman, artists, and most of all perfectionists, all wrapped into one. We have never had an unhappy customer due to the quality of our products.

What happens if I receive my chair and something is broken?
It doesn't matter if you receive a broken part or you accidentally break a part, just send it back to us and we'll replace it as long as you have your chair. Some parts are interchangeable, please let us know what part is broken before shipping yours. We may be able to send you a replacement right away!

Do I have to pay shipping on a part that was broken on it's way to my house?
It will be quicker if you do and we'll reimburse you when we send the part back. Please email us with the cost you incurred or send us the shipping receipt and we'll have a money order with your new part. If your shipment comes damaged completely, please deny receipt of the order.

Do I have to pay for the part or pay shipping on a part that was broken while my kids were playing football around the chairs?
NO on the part replacement we'll cover that, but YES on the shipping, both ways, when you ship the part or parts, have them charge you for return shipping also. BUT, you DON'T have to pay for the replacement part itself. We'll make the part and send it right back to you.

Do I have to pay for the part or pay shipping on a part that cracked or broke after owning my chair for any length of time, ex: 1 year or 10 years?
NO on the part replacement we'll cover that, but YES on the shipping, both ways, when you ship the part or parts, have them charge you for return shipping also. BUT, you DON'T have to pay for the replacement part itself. We'll make the part and send it right back to you.

When it comes to our checkout procedure and you're going to use a credit card, you will see a small PayPal logo on step 2. We have been using PayPal with no problems and you DO NOT need an account with them, all you need is your credit card. When you end up on their site, you will see the word continue on the left side, half way down. Click that and proceed to finish. Thank You.
